Temperatures
Making mouth-watering meals needs the right ingredients and the right temperatures. Some recipes include the temperatures you should bake at; others just tell you to set your oven to “hot” or “moderate”.
So, we have decided to cook up this user-friendly reference which shows exactly what “hot” is in Celsius and Fahrenheit. It also shows some popular foods and their cooking temperatures and includes a metric conversion chart.
Note: Check to see if your oven control measures in degrees Celsius or degrees Fahrenheit. It makes a BIG difference.

Microwave Cooking
